Job Description:
You will be responsible for conducting online interviews with candidates from different fields for positions where 95% of the roles require English. You will start by interviewing for junior-level positions, with the possibility of taking on senior and executive-level roles as you gain experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people from different countries and cultures, improving their English skills, learning about psychology, or aspiring to become a top recruiter. You will develop the ability to analyze soft skills, evaluate technical knowledge for any position, and even review design portfolios.
The workload is entirely flexible and depends on you. You simply need to inform us how much and when you want to work. Based on your availability, we will organize interviews for you. You will receive the candidate's profile, prepare for the interview, conduct it, and deliver a detailed report, along with a daily summary at the end of your workday.
Working Conditions:
- Base salary: $4 USD/hour during the trial period, $5 USD/hour afterward, plus punctuality and performance bonuses, as well as additional pay for working Saturdays, up to 85% extra (for junior-level interviews).
- Trial period: 1 month.
- Working hours: Part-time and flexible, but availability to conduct interviews on Saturdays is required.
- Contract type: Freelance.
